High Standard Cleaning Services

Deluxe Services undertakes to provide each and every service specified as and when required. We include in our quotation the necessary hours to fully perform each and every task listed, including supervision resources to set-up and maintain our continuous improvement program.

Supervision and Regular Audits

Our Quality Control (QC) supervisor will be present during the induction, training and implementation of our standard operating procedures. On completion of this phase, our QC supervisor will regularly carry out detailed cleaning inspections of all areas to ensure compliance with agreed specifications.

Systems and Support

Our cleaning process is supported by proactive management who uphold the highest quality assurance standards. We ensure that our customers receive a complete cleaning service at a competitive price. Our unique management system is why our clients feel completely and consistently satisfied with our service. A designated two-way communication book will be provided by us to allow your staff to make notes, comments and issue instructions.

Our Staff

We undertake to provide experienced and well trained staff to carry out the required scope of work. Suitably inducted replacements will be provided when any permanent staff allocated to your facility are on holidays or on sick leave. All persons employed by us are paid according to the Department of Industrial Relations rates of pay and we adhere to all conditions of employment covering Awards.

Chemicals and Electrical Equipment

We provide detailed Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) forms for every chemical used in your facilities. Every container is clearly marked and PPE is provided. All electrical equipment used on your facilities shall meet the current Work Health and Safety Regulations and are tagged.

Safety and Security Procedures

All our staff are fully trained and have knowledge of all relevant WHS regulations. Prior to commencement at your facilities, our staff will be trained in your organisation’s safety and security procedures and will undergo detailed site induction and training. All our employees wear uniforms and identity name badges.
